Repta incubator question

I have just purchased a repta pet incubator.. It has a fan built into it, am I supposed to have the fan running all the time while incubating the eggs?? Or just sometimes.. ?? Any answers?

i run my fan all the time , helps regulate the temp evenly.

last year i didnt use the fan this year i have it going all the time as jas101 said just trying to even out the heat a bit better.
