Mine took 3 weeks but give them a call after 2 and a bit and ask for your number and they will give it to u if it has been processed then ya can go buy ya reptiles

I was very lucky when i applied for mine. I got my licence number by email after 2 days. Then it took 3 weeks to get my book and paperwork

great thing about QLD Department of Environment and Resource Management they issue the licence as soon as the payment has gone through can print it out then n there have the snake in your posetin within the hour

Never hurts to call. I upgraded my licence at the end of November, assuming this would be plenty of time for it to be processed before the Victorian expo on the 18th of Feb. 3 weeks before expo I called them to find out where it was and they said they had not received any money from me, even though the money was taken out of my account 2 days after I sent my forms in!

Once I gave them dates and the cheque number they were pretty quick to sort it out, my licence arrived within days.
So glad I didn't just keep on waiting for it to arrive on its own!

well cause i got it a couple of moths ago do i have to send the book back now thats its april
