Sand Question

Hi just a quick question I have another enclosure for my new pygmy bearded dragon its a exo terra glass enclosure just wondering why does the sand go hard in it so quick is it because their is more air vents so it dries out quicker.

I have to other enclosure 1 is a melamine enclosure and other is natural edge wood and neither of them dry up as much as this one does. Anybody have these enclosures and how is your sand how do u keep it from going hard so quick.

Is their any way to keep the sand abit softer like the other enclosures.

Its cos ur sand has been found in the uncle chop chop area
Try to source ur sand from areas like Byron Bay

Its the same sand I use in my 2 other enclosures tho purchased from the reptile shop.
