Hey all, sorry if this is the wrong place but I was wandering what account I need to be able to sell stuff on this forum, and how I pay for the rank? Thanks

Right down the bottom right of this page is a button that reads "subscribe".Click on it and follow the bouncing ball.

What do they mean when they say a power seller can advertise commercial quantities? Does this mean they can sell a lot more stuff etc?

Advertising rule 5... the one about not having your business name as your username... might be worth looking at too, in this case.
