Don't know what has caused it but 9 of my pythons have sloughed this week! Never had so many shed in such a short period of time before :)
To cap it off the slough of my female Childreni is a pre-lay slough :)

funny thing is i only have 3 snakes and they all shed last week within 2 days and the odd this is is was only a few weeks ago that my murray had alread shed.

have a good-one

yeah I had the same, had 3 snakes all shed over the same night.
I guess they all experience the same conditions so shed the same time maybe

yep i had a syncronised shed last week

must work on the same principle as females and their cycles

all 5 of mine shed a couple of weeks ago, all in the one week. Unfortunately it was when I was in hospital, and the humidity wasn't high enough, so I had a miss mess to sort out when I got home. :?

i have 2 coming up for a shed both females and both have had partners so to speak.

I've had a few more than usual in the last couple of weeks too, it happens every year at this time, the seasons start to change and they get out of their winter clothes - ready for some action.

Maybe it's something like when women live together, they tend to synchronise their periods! No, seriously! Bigguy : anything to relate re this phenomenon?? :?:

P.S. My diamond AND my olive shed last night! [cue twilight zone music].

all 3 BTS sloughed last night, as did my bredli and Darwin carpet... WTF is going on!
