With all the "show us ya....." threads over the last few months i figure i would start a new one of "Show us ya tats" I knwo its been done before but so have a few others.
I would firstly like to thank my design artist, Moosnoose. You are an absolute star and i can't thankyou enough for it. It hurt is some parts but then tickle like crazy in others. And a big thankyou to Luke from Wicked Ink at Penrith who did a really good job considering i couldn't stop moving when it tickled or stop screaming when it hurt.

Cheers,

Simone

On second thought, maybe I should be trying to rope Moose into designing my one I've been wanting to get for ages now (but am too chicken  )

Feels like waxing burns

Its on my lower back.
Ouzo, the area of the tat where it went up my back hurt, the closer to my butt it tickled like crazy. The outline hurt the most, the colouring in i didn't really feel it all that much. Afterwards it just feels like bad sunburn. I am a wuss for pain but this took under an hour and thats with me wussing it. I am determined to get a second now. You won't regret it. I just hope my Daddy never sees it.

Simone.

Wow that is so kewell johnbowemonie!! :D

did our Moosenoose design that? Good on ya Luke!

I know I love my Gecko tattoo, he is crawling up to my shoulder  the outlining does hurt the most, that is when I fainted...

Ooohhh I would have thought the colouring in would hurt more cos they'd sorta be scratching over the area heaps wouldn't they? I know what I want (I have 2 "plans") I just want to be able to actually see it drawn before I go get it. I'm not confident enough to just describe it to them and go lol. Once I see a drawing of what I want and am happy with it then I think I should be right to pluck up the courage to get it done ;).

ouchies!

Shewhomustbeobeyed, is that your tat parlour?

I have 2
One is on my lower back of tribal with a butterfly in the middle (took just over 2 hrs) other one is on my upperback/back of neck of a blue and white fantasy dragon (took about 1.5hrs)
I think that if you grab a needle and scratch it on your skin, you'll come close. AFTERWARDS it felt like a waxing burn for me. There were some really painful parts in both, but other than that, nothing awful (otherwise I wouldn't have gone back for the second ;) )
I will keep pecking away a Zo - she'll get one eventually ;) She was menat to come with me when I got my second, for her to get one done at the same time. But I was too impatient and got in before her lol

You are a disturbed girl.

Talking about "Moose", "Rope" and "Chicken" in the one sentance in the context of tatooing is all a bit of a worry.

From memory - that worked out quite well for you
Don't worry, I'll get you there soon enough. You AND your man!!

Thanks heaps Faye!!!!!
It really didn't hurt as much as i first thought it would. The most painful part was when it curved up and to the top of the snakes head. Thats was a bit hows ya father but not as bad as i thought. To be honest im pretty damned impressed with myself for sitting there and having it done.
Moosenoose designed it for me ( can't thankyou enough Moosey ) and emailed it to me when i got the quote done. It was $140 which i didn't think was bad at all. The tattoo artist at Wicked Ink was also named Luke and he was fantastic. When it hurt alot he stopped and talked me through it so i stayed calm.

Simone.
