sick water dragon

i just got my water dragon out and i noticed he wasnt him self he didnt run then i put him on the floor and he started to try to run and he was in a slow limp and he will just sit there then i noticed his rear right leg is very swollen :cry: any advice?

Injury, maybe take things he can climb out of his enclosure and monitor him closely for couple of days to make sure he doesn't get worse.
