with legs... that would be legged legless lizard.
I'll throw Eulamprus leuraensis into the mix as an rank outsider, squirming around in the damp conditions

It wasn't Eulamprus leuraensis..
New species? that would be my luck, see it and not have a camera to find out..
Although i dont think it would be, i think maybe somethin less common, and im just not good enough with a description!
