I thought about the one with the pvc pipe used to replace the bones,they don't use pvc at all,its not rigid enough.

PVC pipe, rolled up newspaper and similar are used to provide structure when bones are removed post-mortem for whatever reason (organ donation etc) Its just to make it look somewhat normal in case the family want a viewing or open casket at the funeral.

I'm pretty sure some of the histories associated with the pictures are rubbish.
