Your ownership of the House and Land you live in only extends a few inches down . Anyone can buy the mineral rights to your property , but they have to do some sort of mining or exploration within a time limit [ years ] or it is up for grabs again . As the Chinese indusries have just fallen over it will be some time before they start mining ,if ever , hopefully .
