I have 2 stimmys. A 5-7yo(really don’t know age apparently male)
And a maybe.. 3yo we assume female.
The 3yo is still super little
Rats & mice are iffy on supply atm so they eat what we can get. Little Stimmy is eating 2 pinky rats a fortnight & big is eating a full grown mouse a fortnight.

Today they had their feeds. Big boy one takes a long time to figure out how to eat because he’s a silly goose but the little one gets them down quickly.
A few hours after feeding tonight I worked on a bit of handling because they haven’t been handled in over a year due to them becoming bitey.
The little one was striking at every movement and wagging the tip of her tail around like a rattle snake. I’ve given her a 3rd pinky & she’s taken it no worries but still super bitey.

What’s with the tail wagging? Anyone else deal with this? What’s it mean?

Sounds like the behaviour of an incredibly hungry snake, and if you're feeding 3-7 year old Antaresia pinkies, it's no wonder if they're literally starving.
