Hi how are we all
Just like to know if my Stimson's egg will be ok
I was candling the eggs and I must have sat the light on to the egg and it started to leek the white out of it . It was a lot of the eggs white
They have been in the incubator since the 3 of October
Has this happed to any one before ?
And did it have and effect Ont the result

At 51 days? Sounds like the party is getting started!

I would suggest that you will start seeing heads popping out within the day. But don't worry if they aren't ready to come out the egg will just congeal on the outside with out big probs.

As said, at that age they're about to come out anyways. They will be fine. I had some pip a few days ago laid on the 2nd of october so its about time. Good luck.

Thanks guys
i look in the incubater yesterday and wow have 4 out
but the 1 that poped well he has passed on
i still have 3 eggs to go out of 8
iv got my fingers crossed

Have your eggs dimpled much? Your humidity may be too high, when this happens sometimes the hatchies pip but then seem to drown in the egg. Manually pip the eggs that are left and squeeze out some of the fluid, this should save them if they are in trouble and shouldn't hurt if they aren't.
