strange black spots

hey i have noticed that one of my gtf's has 3 black spots on his/her head two ontop and one underneth i dont think this is real good and he doesnt seem to be as alert as what he whas

yeah it didnt work
but the good news is that i hade a closer look in the photo and black marks just turned out to be black flackes off of somthing and i culd rub them straight of with my wet hand
