stumpy the blue tongue

stumpy still has a RI .He still has 3 days of anti biotics to go. he still heaves for breath now and again. The real prob is after he has a drink of water he brings it back up and a lot of mucous with it. he gets irratated and wants to walk everywhere. after a few mins he settles down again. dont know what to do next. has any1 some advice for me plz?
