Substrate for Hopping Mice

Hi everyone what is a good substrate for hopping mice is knitters crumble and wood shavings a good idea.

I think the post is about hopping mice not hopper mice? If you look in the posters list of animals they have listed Mitchells Hopping Mice.

I don't use pine shaving makes all my rats sneezed all time one of them end up ri so changed over sugar cane mixed with pea mulch $30 together from bunnings last ages no problems with breathing problems now
