we have looked after many of these from babys to full grown down in lochsport area and most of them were either hit by cars or attacted by ferrel cats. its not only the small ones that get knocked about by cats... by the way im not sure about what you feed them but wild ones dropping realy smell bad. so keeping it clean is a must!!

it says on the american's website that if they are fed an appropriate diet their urine shouldn't smell bad or their droppings. what detered me imediatly is thery marking of territory by weeing on it!

insectorevore mix? lorri mix i know of.

i wreckon they would be awsome pets but i personally would rather have them in a decent sized avairy so they could move around a bit. bet my mom would prefer me to have one of em instead of a snake!

Also the occasional pinkie and grasshopers
Dont need a lot of room if you play with them regularly

Awesome pic mate, there cute little fella?s. One more question do you need to keep them on a license in your state?

They are so cute..wish we could keep them in NSW it really annoys me how some states can have some animals while the others can't.I want equality! haha

oh man, nsw sucks when it comes to that sort of thing.

Yes we do

Is it like a Reptile license, do you have different classes for different types of species, for example lets say: Class one for a fat-tailed Dunnart, class two for a sugar glider or is it just a straight out license, im just curious on how it works down there, cheers.

what else can you get on that licence shewhomustbeobeyed? (and do you have a shortened acronym or something??? :) )

Over here in vic theirs 4 types of licenses.

Private Wildlife license (basic) eg. 80 species of birds, 90 species of reptiles, 15 species of amphibians, 15 species of mammals.

Private Wildlife license (advanced) eg. 30 species of birds, 40 species of reptiles, 10 species of amphibians, 5 species of mammals. This license includes animals in the basic license.

Private Wildlife license (commercial) - For business's and educational purposes. Basically any species can be kept in australia. I think....

Private Wildlife license (Specimen) - Mounted wildlife of dead specimens.

All those figures above are close estimates.

Cool, thanks for answering my question.
