Suggestion!

Hi peoples , i keep noticing that many people have troubles with posting pics,i know i did at the start,and i know there's been heaps of threads on how to post pics,but the question keeps coming up and i'm sure many others don't know how to either who haven't asked....sooo what i'm suggesting is a section in the main menu on how to post pics.....and another suggestion is to please explain it as clearly and simply as possible as i've read many answers on how to post pics which just confuse me...


What does everyone think and could one of the admin get involved in the discussion to see that if wanted it gets done.....as i said just a suggestion!!! Yay or Nay?

Guess i should've posted a poll but haven't done one of those yet myself so oif someone wants to turn this into a poll please do

ps forgot to mention that i love checking out pics as i'm sure many others do and if evryone could work out how to post them easily we'd see more which is the reason for this thread

We also send out a standard email when people join up that suggests that they read through these posts to find out how the site works. I guess some people don't read the email either.

i had the same suggestion a while ago but about the whole hybrid/intergrade debate

I asked for volunteers to write an article on intergrades that we could make a sticky post. One person agreed to write an article when they had time but I guess they haven't had time yet.

lmao i looked just about everywhere for something obviously didn't find it.Wasn't there when i started,maybe make it visible in the main menu then???I bet heaps of people haven't found that either ,and i browse the site every now and then as i'm sure most do..

That's great Greebs but how would someone new to the site find it if they didn't read their email. I think it should become sticky as it is a great idea and would be beneficial to all members.

heres a few pics that may help..


right click on the image and go to properties and when the properties box appears highlight the bit of text like in the pic and then push Crtl+C (copies it).

Now go into post reply at the bottom of a page and push the Img button then press Crtl+V (pastes it) them push the Img button again.

This is what Browns is talking about, why are you doing this? Is that to post a pick from your album, is it? ppl should explain themselves better and then others might understand. Just like hybrid/intergrade, which unfortunately some just don't understand.

Yeh, I know it was and I understand what you are doing, but for a novice or newby it might be a little difficult to grasp what you are up to. Just my thought.
