I have only had my two jungles which are first snakes for a month. they are juvies. they have been hiding for 4 days so i got em out for a look. one has milky eyes and the other has clear eyes. so i let em have a swim in the sink and put them back.
milky eyes went straight back to hiding, other guy was very active. been over a week since feed so i thought leave the one with milky eyes cause hes going to shed but feed the other guy.
thawed rat out, came back in room. one with clear eyes had toileted and fully shed! what is the go there?

Their eyes will go clear again after the fluid between the new skin and old has done its job. They tend to hold onto their bowel movements until they shed if they are due.

Yes - keep a close eye on the other and take note of the process.

will do. so i missed the other one by the sounds of it by leaving him alone for those days. it was obvious though that he was hiding for a reason so i didnt want to annoy him..

I have 3 shed all on same day of each other and another 2 that will shed together as well. there eye scales will go clear first then the rest of there body keeps its dull look till a week before they shed then go almost back to normal just before shedding. takes roughly 2 weeks after eyes go clear. you may find they don't move as much due to uncomfortably and looking ugly so don't get worried if you never see them during the time between the shed. also some will bath as soon as they start going dull and milky eyed up until they shed, this is normal I would say its a comfort thing and can have something to do with a lack of humidity.

I also find all mine shed every 2-3 months between each shed.
