Has anyone tried those vodka mudslides yet, have seen them in bottleshop but haven't tried them. too many cases of scotch'n'coke, hahn and guiness.

Well now you're starting to get into the fun stuff Hugs LOL Guiness is one of my favs, but I got to be in a Guiness frame of mind and the cartons are soooooo dear!

Apart from that I'm on Byrony, Slatey and Africa's side - you guys don't know what you're missing out on. I live a stones throw away from the Yarra Valley - nothing pleases me more than a wine tour Right now I'm hoeing into a bottle of Tatachilla 2002 Cab,Sav, Shiraz from the McLaren Vale in SA - hence the slurred typing - and it's a real beaut! The secret to a great wine is always pick one of those woody spicy oak style wines aged in American oak for a few years at least.....ooohhh Drrooooool.....

On the other hand, if you guzzle down those UDL's you might as well be drinkin' Metho, as it's chemical flavourings that are put in them. The only true Scotches & Whiskeys are the single malts and it's just plain sacreligious to go mixing that stuff with cheap Coke! I can understand Vodka, I'm a sucker for rum around Xmas time (gets me in the Christmas frame of mind - see the pattern happening!)

Oh, and Hugstar LOL The Mudslide is great for the G/F or Wife as a nighttime ice-breaker - simply put, it tastes just like a milkshake - you can drink it til the cows come home ...and then you can't walk anywhere, let alone see anything! (chemical drink as well!)

Yes, Guiness lovely stuff, took me a bit to get the taste but now i love it. Some friends are Irish and they got me onto the stuff thank god they did, can't stop now.
Have three cases slowly being drunk. giddy up. LOL :lol:

Mudslides are dangerous, if you go out with your family and new son in law to be and the restaurant is where your daughter works so they give you endless mudslides and you forget it's alcamahol!
