What do you guys usually keep your enclosure temps at, i dont rely on my thermostat but on my thermometre, breeder told me temp around 28 degrees but im looking for other oppinions :) all help appreciated

thanks all .:D

28dg isnt hot enough for stimmies, You should strive for a hot spot of 32-33dg

Mine floats around 32 - 34 in her hot end of the hide.

okay thanks, what else can i do to make the cool side more of a cool side, i have a water bowl..should i do something else...

what is the cool side at? and what is it in ? hatchey in a click clack maybe have more holes on cool side and try lower room temp. or if in wooden enclosure try add another air vent or an airflow

I have a glass enclosure and found trying to keep heat in was a constant battle,so i bought from ebay a heat mat which i have put on the side of her enclosure, and a different thermostat which i feel is much easier to control as i couldnt understand the other or where the temp point was.
Thanks also for this thread so that i can keep an eye on which temps should be where.

32-34 I use only a heat mat connected to a thermostat. Does the job perfectly
