missed it.. what happened?? I love steve Irwin.. :lol:
for a supposed reptile lover, he wasnt too concerned about fatty throwing the snake off his neck. Imagine if the snake injured (or broke) its back.....I'm sure Irwin would replace it with another "IMPORT" :x
What happened was steve bought out a big retic and a question in going going goooonnnneee was asked- "How long would this retic take to kill fatty?". One of the guys said lets find out and so they proceded to wrap it around fatty.
It kind of started to constrict so they took it off and Steve completely forgot about the snake and it fell to the floor. He basically dropped a large retic from about a height 1.5m high.

it was only about 20% of the snake hit the ground and it was the back end, it sounded bad as the they were on a stage(not only is it wood it also has a big gap under neath and there are lots of mic's) i think the stupid thing was letting the rattle snake out and letting it slid aroud with no control over the snake.

I would agree that 'ol stevo was a bit rough with the retic, probably not to bright to wrap one around someones neck either but how about that pit viper that got outa the bag?....did he find it? or was it a wind-up?

Its showbiz, remember that, Wouldnt be surprised if the rattler was a venomoid. Give the guy a break, sheesh.

You say give a break to a guy who is the biggest fraud the reptile community has seen. He deserves no break in my opinion. He lies all the bloody time and really isn't such an animals guru. Just last week on "Crocodile Hunter Diaries" he claimed that bats have great eyes. Thats funny, bats a are blind.
