[h=6]Man GSP is out of 137 that sucks. Ive been waiting all week for the call to come in and fight Condit cuz I always tell my wife that I can smash him. If nothing else I'd have a decent crack at it. In fact; I want a shot at the Diaz brothers, The Spider, Bisping, Tony Ferguson, Koscheck, Fitch, Lesnar and both Nogs.

Bring it.[/h]

One of the only ones I don't like is Koscheck. Ortiz is a bit of a knob, too.

Atleast with Gsp you would just be dry humped for 5 rounds...In typical Gsp fashion.

Gsp is like the friendliest guy ever through...you may think he is boring but how could you actullay dislike such a humble and nice person...Lesnar is a tool and I hope Overeem knees that penis tattoo that brock has on his chest through his back...Bisping, Koscheck, Mir all tools.....Sonnen is an enormous tool but is hysterical so it doesn't matter.

Yeah Im with you on most counts- I dont mind Sonnen- check out the post-fight youtube visdeo from last week where he is backstage; he is starting to channel The Rock. Hilarious.

i met michael bisping. nicest guy ever...up there with danny green (who i have also met)

GSP is the most boring fighter, wish it was still Diaz vs GSP.

In my opinion Diaz will be camp soon and is going to destroy Penn next week.

He wasn't boring before Serra iced him...but now he seems afraid of taking shots and just goes for td's and doesn't take any risks( when he hurt Shields with the head kick he could have finished him...but he second guessed himself and didn't go in for the kill)

I think Fitch is the most boring fighter by far.....

That being said I'm not the one going out their and fighting...and I'm don't like to play the keyboard warrior role like some do

Penn vs Diaz is 50/50 to me...Gsp would have beat Diaz through..don't think Diaz can hold up against good wrestlers like Fitch, Gsp, Koscheck etc. He would be on his back the whole fight against any of those guys imo.

Sonnen just seems like a very good troll..The stuff he said about Pride was hilarious and seeing all the pride fanboys gets upset was funny as hell...His trash talking is very entertaining and he has the perfect irritating troll voice.

I also find him to be a pretty exciting fighter...Even through he is pretty much a power wrestler like Fitch...he really throws hard shots when in the guard and is actullay trying to damage his opponent unlike some guys who just use their wrestling to stall and win rounds while not doing any damage.

I reckon they should have a pensioner division and bring back Lidell.

How about Tank Abott?

and who could forget the "Just Bleed guy"...what a classic!

Chael Sonnen is actually a nice bloke in person - he is just very good at getting attention and selling his fights but that is just a persona for the crowds/media.

The UFC 137 card lost a lot of my interest with GSP out. 138 isn't looking much better either.

Diaz will defiantly get out wrestled by GSP, but who works better off there back than Diaz, world class BJJ, Diaz has better hands than GSP and a better chin while both have great cardio.

Penn has more power in hands than Diaz, but Diaz is defiantly a more technical striker, both have great BJJ, both have great chins but Diaz is far superior with cardio.

Just my opinion,

Nick Diaz has been my no 1 fighter for many years and I'm just glad to see him back in the UFC.

How about Tank Abott?

I didn't know who Tank Abott was until I looked him up after reading your posts. I've only been watching the UFC for the last couple of years and haven't been able to watch it consistently because it's not on TV all the time, and since I've moved out of home I don't have satellite.

I just watched a few of his fights on youtube. Tons of mongrel in him, he's "talented" in his own bar fighting way, but he's good because he fights with a lot of guts and determination. I watched the fight where Kimbo Slice TKO'd him in the first round, definitely a tough dude to take the punishment he did for so long without dropping.

Reminds me of Roy Nelson.

It's awesome to see those guys that don't look particularly fit just smash the monsters, haha.

One of my favourite fighters is Forest Griffin. The fight between him and Stephen Bonner was crazy, his nose looked absolutely ridiculous! His forearm was also snapped because he wouldn't tap out. So much guts.

Yeah Tank was pretty much a wild brawler with no technique/cardio but brute aggression...He could get absolutely destroyed by the heavyweights of today like Junior, Cain etc...but back then the sport was so new and the level of skill quite low.

I'm not that big of a mma fan to be honest...I think White is an enormous tool and I can't stand him..I much prefer boxing and I also like regular kickboxing/muay thai..I'm a big fan of the Australian John Wayne Parr...he is an awesome fighter

Diaz/Penn is a tough one to pick. There's always the inconsistency of Penn- it's a case of which BJ will turn up on the night. Both the Diaz boys have fantastic standup and utilise their jabs very very well. They don't necessarily have that knockout power but you don;t need a one shot kill when you jab a guy 30 times in a round. Diaz has the easy reach advantage and size advantage; but BJ also has a decent standup game. I think the fight will be decided on the ground; Diaz is a Gracie Black belt; but Penn has that ridiculous fleixibility and rubber guard from his back- could be a very interesting technical Jits fight; or both could just stand and bang with Diaz avoiding going to the ground in favour of utilising has standup advantage. BJ is on a roll too; making short work of Hughes in his last fight. Think I'll decide who wins the fight after BJ walks out- you can always see whether he has got his game face on - if he stands there looking angry and muttering curse words when he enters thwe ring I'm gonna go with BJ- but hey those Diaz boys as much as I dislike them sure can box.

Yeah after just watching the first 3 episodes of this seasons tuf....My God is Bisping a complete tool..You would think that this would have humbled him just a little bit...

Dan Henderson KO's Bisping - YouTube

but he's is just as much of a tool as ever..I always through that Koscheck was more stupid than anything really...Bisping just seems like a complete prick.

Yeah it will be an interesting fight for sure...Penn has very good boxing( for mma) but the reach disadvantage will give him problems...Penn has an iron chin so he won't be knocked out but I wouldn't be surprised if Diaz outboxes him...Hopefully Penn comes in shape and ready to go.

Both have ****ty offensive wrestling( penn has great take down defense through) but excellent BJJ..Penn is kind of small for 170 but Diaz isn't a big 170 either so it wont be much of a disadvantage.

Both would lose to the human blanket gsp

But I'm not really that big of a mma fan now...I hate White and think he is a liar...Boxing is better imo and the talent pool much deeper...Anyone else a fan of the Australian Muay Thai fighter Jwp?

Yeah I like watching John Wayne Parr fight- big fan of The Carnage too. I like JW's attitude; doesn't talk trash but a beast in the ring.

I watched him fight my old kickboxing instructor. Great fighter and seems like a genuinely nice, hard working guy

Yeah Carnage is a beast and his elbows are second to none.

America has like zero muay thai scene which sucks...It's all mma and of course wrestling is huge in America.

I enjoy mma but I kind of wish their were really legit Muay Thai schools in America..

Who was your old kickboxing instructor? I know Australia has quite a few good muay thai/kickboxers in both the high and low weight divisions..Sucks that Parr is getting up their in age and is retiring....he is a very fun and good fighter and I always liked his style.

Greg Foley. He was set to be a big up and comer but unfortunately it didn't pan out for him

Cool stuff man...Did you happen catch Parr's last fight? It was amazing...He pwned that over-hyped dwarf so badly. It was quite epic.

Anyone watching?
