Unusual swelling?

I can't get a pic cause the little bugger won't sit still, but i noticed today that he has some what seems to be swelling on the bottom lip on 1 side of my port mac's mouth. I dunno how to exactly explain it but i'll show with this pic from google the area that is kinda swollen.



It's not overly swollen, but it is noticeable compared to the other side plus he is a younger snake then the one pictured so his head isn't as big and probably stands out more. Any idea what this could be? Is it maybe him coming up to a shed? I haven't noticed him go milky or anything yet, though he has been in his hide the last 3 days after being fed. Speaking of which i just moved him up from pinky rats to fuzzy could it be something to do with a bigger feed than usual?

I don't know >_< anyone have any advice? (Besides saying "Vet").

Ok boy do i feel stupid right now.. I just picked him up to have a look and went "What the hell.." It's gone , it was there all arvo and up untill now. Maybe he just had to rearrange his jaw?

haha thats ok i noticed my male dog had two lumps on his underbelly near his penis, so i raced him to the vet and apparantly he was just excited.

Don't feel stupid. I found a lump on my Jungle, so I took her to the vet, when we got there, it was gone....
