How come you dont see these guys around???
I know Danny Brown used to have some but he got rid of them.

Anyone had any experiences with them???

Rusty monitors are a great looking lizard. Not really that great for captive purposes though. They are very shy, and dont like being handled. Care is the same as any northern arboreal species really.

extremely awesome animals there are a few people with them however i think it might be a while until babies are available to the public

that's great that they are out there and that people are trying (hopefully) to breed them.
Hopefully i can get a few when there out there.
