Vetafarm Disinfectant for gecko tank

I have a medium portable fish tank with lid holding Marbled geckos (3 females 2 males). I spot clean all poo off 3 times a week, but it smells, i use the vetafarm disinfectant for my blue tongues tank and it doesn't smell, so i was thinking if i could use it in my geckos tank to get rid the smell?, or would it harm and kill my geckos? if this is not a good idea, what else could i use? as water isn't getting rid of the smell.

okay was just making sure it was safe for "geckos". Can I use it on the walls of the tank?

if you're worried wipe over it with water a few times after cleaning it to make sure theres no traces of disinfectant left
