Can you tell us a little about your husbandry? What is she living in, what are the temps, how often do you handle and how are you preparing her food? It could be something very simple.

yep i agree temperature is everything in particular....once you give us all that info I am sure you will get lots of people with ideas to help you

temp is at 28, in exoterra container, handle 2 times a week at the most, i have tried everyway of preparing food iknow of, i tried skinks.

temps for hatchies should be at 32dg, The fact that this critter is now shivering/vibrating is not a good sign. Hatchie Ants are better kept in 2L
tubs for the first 6 months of thier lives.

its not by anymeans a big tub, and thats the highest i can get the temp upto but i bought 2 and the other one is identical but he eats like a champ he great

The shaking does not sound good. Have you tried contacting the breeder?
Do as the others have said and bump the temps up.
The exoterras are glass right? It may sound silly but try covering up the sides of the enclosure to make it feel more secure. I'd also try scenting with quail feathers. In light of the shaking it might be worth getting the little guy to a vet for a check up.

no no no no!!!! the ones for sale have been sold a while, i am very against people having a problem and selling them to someone else, would never do that

and been to the vet he said she checked out ok but was small

could be the temps but stimsons can be notorious for just going off their food when young and then just kicking back in as if nothing happened.. Ive had stimsons that fed like champs and then stopped for a month or so while others in identical conditions fed with no problems. the temporary non feeders started feeding again after a break and continued feeding with no problems.

most hatchies in my experience do much better in smaller tubs. I use 5 litre tubs that sit about a third on a heat mat controlled by a thermostat. Its also best to double check the actual temps in the tub (or enclosure) with a decent thermometer as the guages on thermostats can be inaccurate for the actual temperature and may need tweaking up or down to get the desired temp as guided by the thermometer.

yes and my correction it wasnt an exoterra its a clip lock, i have a heat mat with thermostat and thermometer the tem never goes ablove 30 degrees, should i try a new heat mat??

took it to the vetall clear, i have been told im doing it all right its just a problem feeder and probably needs a few assist feeds to get going, i live in the penrith area i donthave time or money to pay for help for assisst feeding if anyone wants to have this snake i dont expect money just dont want it to die, i am not qualified for this

Don't stress too much, they can survive a very long time without food. Just leave it alone for a fortnight, cover it the enclosure up so its dark, warm and undisturbed and then try feeding it again. Don't give up, they usually come good.
