wall climbing dragon?

I have been camping recently and saw a several water dragons walking along the side of a large rock cliff.

Here's my question...
Could a water dragon climb a brick wall?
I think that's how it keeps escaping its outdoor enlousure.

They climb trees well so I'm guessing if the bricks have a rough texture it's possible.

I've seen one at work scale a 1.5 meter concrete block wall! With ease as well!

I have a friend that lost a Bearded Dragon whilst giving it some sun, a plane flew overhead and freaked him out, after a week and a bit and thinking he was gone for good, he looked up and clinging on to the bricks under the eave, there he was. Sweet
