Wanted Spencer's or water monitor Juvie as a pet

Hi I've been looking for a while and I still can't find any spencer monitor or water monitor breeders in Brisbane or even qld. Im looking for a monitor to have as a pet and with work I'm hoping to have it become extremely tame and I've read Spencer's and water monitors are best for this?

If anyone could point me ion the right direction I'd really appreciate it.
