I loved the fact that it took a dead rat out of some tongs, he had a big bulge in his belly already so he was obviously stocking up. I did think about leaving it for 2 weeks before I try to feed it though :)

hi all,
got to love queensland...... we get lots of coastals and a few other types of snakes, mostly browns and a few tree snakes, not to forget the frilly that lives just around the corner from me,
and anybody want some ducks, we have about 400 living in our back yard, mostly whistlers and a few pigmy geese, magpie geese, just to name a few, lots of other water birds also, we have a dam down the back and never get sick of all the wildlife we see, even have a few black swans, some turtles, i could keep going on, but you get the idea......
got to love nth qld,
just wish we had a few more dragons and bluey's running around,

cheers,
steve..........

hay it aint that bad down here, just a little cooler and therefor a little less attractive for the wild herps to make an apperance so often, all i have seen in the last 5 years would be about 7 blue tongues, 4 beardies 2 red bellies and alot of water dragons on the river.

Wollongong werent bad boa.guy i used to know had a horse shed and there was usually one or two diamond pythons curled up on the rafters, they looked great and came back year after year. :D

Yeah having Diamonds around would be good. I'm not sure if my coastal will hang around for long, they tend to come and go.
