2 seperate 4x2x2 foot enclosures would be adequate. (ie, one per dragoon since dragons are solitary animals and shouldnt be housed together)

Some people will tell you that it's fine to house two or more beardies together, and it has been done successfully. However, it is always a risk that they will turn on each other, and then it's too late, with tail or toe nips, or worse. At the very least, you can get domination issues where one will take the best asking spots, take most of the food etc.
Best to take the safer option, and keep them separate. You can get away with a 3ft tank, but 4ft is better.

Don't house them together, they will fight. Be it immediatly or down the track so just dont. Get 2 seperate tanks :)
