What type of uv bulb/compact/globe or tube is best

hey guys

just reading up and i'm in need of a uv bulb for my ackie

however i dont want to buy a uvb compact as i have heard or read they cant always be 2 healthy for your reptile. just wonderin if i would be better off with a tube.

go with a 10.0 tube mate, your accie will love you for it, or if you have an open top enclosure you could go a mercury vapour if you have a little more cash,
make sure you keep appropriate distances

uv tests have shown that the 2.0 has zero uv...... 5.0 and 10.0 have very little but they at least have some
