Very excited about breeding Children’s pythons for the first time this season - 10 out of 10 eggs hatched. They all shed after 7 days. They’re now 3.5 weeks old and only 1 has fed. It strikes at everything and has taken 3 pinkies. All the others recoil and look to escape. Having read posts and watched YouTube I’ve tried feeding in the tub and out of the tub, in the day and at night, the pinkies are warmed to 32C and I’ve tried warming the tongs to the same, I’ve tried feeding from my fingers. No takers from the other 9. Hatchie rack thermostat set to 35C. Any suggestions on what else to try? At what age do I start to panic that they aren’t eating? Your advice is much appreciated.
