I have never breed them as of yet but id say they would if you can find a female pretty hard to find female Pygmy's

I breed Pygmies, matter in fact my Female is gravid and theres 17 eggs allready in the incubator, they hatch at the start of January if your interested?
Did you have a snake before?

hmm yeah ill look into it, would pink tongues be a good starter, although pygmy beardies would be awesome :D

I am going to give a different slant from the Bearded dragon whom are great with out a doubt! One of the best first reptiles any one can get. How about a Stumpy/shingleback these would have to be one of the most endearing lizards I have ever come across, I mean who else could have a face only a mother could love, when mouth is open their face totally disappears! They are lovable and become very friendly, EXTREMELY friendly! I am **** frightened of my sons when I open the door and she come running (fast for one so stumpy, yes yes pun intended) looking for food. She never acually latches hold just comes a looking :) I have both Beardies and son has Stumpies I would be really hard put to make a decision which was best, have both and throw a bluie or 3 in as well. Go the whole hog and get one of every thing :D ;) I mean why not, they are all good, really just depends on what you want and expect.

back, hmm ive heard shinglebacks do get very friendly. If i get more land to work with i might actually start building pits and getting proper set ups for some of the larger reptiles such as some of the monitors, blueys, stumpies and maybe even landmullets, for now i might just get some smaller ones for the time being. Oh yeah, are land mullets bred in captivity. Ive seen em in the wild and they are amazeing. I dont want to get too much stuff too fast though as i am only a begginer to keeping reptiles :p

Absolutely Mad: With all those suggestions youre probably a bit confused by now but let me assure you an eastern blue tonged skink will make an ideal starting point.

As your enclosure is a little small at the moment, why not consider a baby bluey. There will be a lot available in the next few months.

As much as I love the dragons, in my opinion, a bluey would be a great introduction to keeping reptiles.

Good luck and whatever to decide, ENJOY the experience.

If you're gonna put a shed up you'll have to make sure your tanks dont overheat or else youll have a lot of dead herps.. Need a way to maintain an ideal temperature for them.
I got a fairly small bedroom and have managed to get 3 x 3ft tanks and 1 x 2ft tank and a birdcage in there, you'll be fine for room :p haha..

For a lizard... Bluey or Beardy, had both, both great beginner animals. Beardies are pretty awesome though I must admit, I got an adult Male and he is awesome. My little one is a little baby aswell but he's a lot more willing to run away from me haha. Really awesome dragons.
Shame your Mum won't let you get a python..
