How long was she at your friends? It looks like early onset scale rot, caused by unclean, wet conditions

That looks like the start of scale rot from the pictures although its not all that clear. It's usually caused by bad conditions as well as we're a snake does not shed properly. Try get her to a reptile vet soon, but in the mean time, move her onto some clean and dry newspaper and change it daily. Try to bump up her enclosure temps by a couple of degrees at the hot end too.if you have some Betadine cream, rub a very small amount on the sore scales.

But as you said you were going to, try get her to your vet soon as they may be able to help with antibiotics if she needs them

I agree with what was said above. Also, if her tail and eyes have shed skin still on them (as may be evident from the first photo), please get it off fast. It could cause circulation problems if left for too long.

She has been at my friends for about a month, i thought her living conditions were ok but i guess they mustn't have been :( ill fix that asap. i have her at my house now in a click clack. i have had her in the bath but that skin doesnt want to come off :( thank you so much guys, ill put some betadine on her now and get her to the vet tomorrow :)

Scale rot as already mentioned.

For the un-shed skin try applying solbalene cream. (Can buy it from any chemist). Rub it in and let it soak in a while then just watch it come off as she moves through your hands. Its only a moisturiser and comes recommended by a very reputable vet.

Thank you so much guys, i really appreciate all your help. ill defs pop back on after the vet and give you all an update tomorrow :)
Ill check you out on youtube TheReptileben :) Thanks again guys! :)
