white spots on frozen pinkie rats

hello all i have just recently brought some pinkie rats from the petstore and they appear to have a few small white looking spots. i think it may be ice if it is ice would that be bad for the snake
will post pics up soon
any help would be appreciated thanks

For me it would probably depend how bad it was, if it was just one little tiny spot I wouldn't worry about it, if they were bad I'd probably feed them to the dogs.
 
I use them like that and currently have some like that in the freezer. I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I presume the pinkies are more susceptible to it because they are quite delicate (and having no fur).
 
I should clarify my concern is that those spots are where they have dried out so if it was quite widespread then their food would be very dry, probably more of an issue if your snake doesn't like it's water much

the rats only have 1 or 2 little spots on them
