hey, i'm in QLD and ive bought a snake from NSW and i need to get a permit to bring it into QLD. Is this a wildlife movement permit?? ive read through all the help sheets and there all pretty vague on what to do... anyone whos had to do this before mind talking me through it? any help would be great thanks =]

thanks guys!! yeah i just found out i just need the movement advice and not another permit =]

hey baden and waterrat.

im in the process of selling my first snake i live in QLD and im selling to NSW i dont have word on this comp but i do on my other one so ill go onto it later for the forms is this the same permist for selling ? or is there one i need to get from a NSW site

The same for selling. You don't need anything from the buyer, whether he is in NSW or anywhere else. They need an import permit to receive your snake but you don't even have to write the number down, just their Licence to keep number. That's how good we have in in Qld.

DITTO.....But forward date it to the max other-wise with the NSW system your MA will run out of time as their system runs at a PATHETIC pace...solar 17 [Baden]

Yes its a PATHETIC pace at DECC,that is really important advice to the poor buggers in QLD trying to do business with NSW ......DECC cant run...cant catch...cant play

Revolution guys, revolution! Just imagine if every reptile keeper in NSW sent their books to them saying we had enough. Would they prosecute 17000 people or would the incompetent Minister change the system?
