Hey,

So it seems my heat mat has broken sometime late afternoon and I've just noticed. I was just wondering if my hatchy darwin Bernard will be okay until tomorrow afternoon without a heat source as I have tafe that I can't skip due to assessments being due :(

Sorry if this seems a stupid question but I'm a newbie and this is my first slithery friend.

he/she should be ok as long as it doesn't get to cold keep it away from cold surfaces like tile or concrete. if it gets really cold just fill up a bottle of warm water wrap a tea towl around it and place in or next to tub container or enclosure. :)

Im sure it will be just fine. When u do get the new heat mat get 2 that way u will have a spare and wont have to stress when the next one stops working. Lol im a paranoid android i have a drawer full of heat cords and spare bulbs n stuff. :)

Okay :D

Thank you both for your help! Haha, I've only had him a week and have been planning on stocking up just hadn't gotten around to it.

Don't stress it's all good lol that stuffs not cheap! I found a heap of stuff on gumtree and on the for sale section of this site that saved me some $$$ :)
