Sunny Wagga Wagga has lots of beer (I didn't say good beer), and you have to have a few with your mates to prepare, get you back into form. Spent a few months in the penal colony there myself for a few months.

working hard. digging wells, putting in some filters. all kinds of hard hot work,. man we hade 50+ degrees in the sun like 2 days ago and it was 40 in the house.

The ADF recommends that at those sorts of temperatures, you work for 10 mins, rest for 50 so that you dont get heat exhaustion. Thank you OHAS training
