Is breeding a stimmi x spotted legal, not that i would ever consider breeding that combination its just Ive seen hatchies advertised that are 50/50 stimmi and spotted and ive always thought breeding two separate species was illegal.
Can anyone educate me in this matter?
After seeing the zebra super form in S&T a while back I have developed a fascination with Zebras; but there doesn't seem to be much information available on them in Australia? I have seen a reference to a 15K price tag for a zebra jag but where is the info on just normal zebras? What subspecies...

I'm certainly not talking from any...

Cheers

Does no one prefer the classic forms of reptiles anymore? It seems all I read is people getting excited over 'super, lime, banana-heads' and what not. I get that a lot of breeders make their living off these highly sought after forms and therefore will defend it passionately but is it going too...
Anyone have any advice on jungle pythons?
Male or female?
what are their respective personalities like and how do each take to handling?
also, pattern wise, how are male and female respectively?
Cheers
Hey all
Deciding between either a jungle or a jaguar for a first snake, but cant decide.
- Which has a better temperament/easy to handle?
- how large are they respectively
- viv conditions different?
- any other general comments/opinions
thanks!

I let my Coastal Carpet (Stimpy) roam around on the tiles the other night to stretch his "legs".
He did a bit of light reading to keep his brain functioning normally.
He then made his way over to the Stereo unit and had a bit of a look as he usually does.
He has looked at it before, but never...

Hi everyone.
I thought I'd make my first post after lurking around here for a little while.
Always been a fan of snakes but only recently became a fellow snake owner earlier this year, along with my brother and his girlfriend.
They are extremely addictive, and trying to refrain from just buying...
My woma hatchie went milky 5 days ago, and 3 days ago his eye caps came off but he's not shed yet. What did I do wrong?
I gave him a swim yesterday arvo and again just now and while his body is scrunchy, his head hasn't come off even though he's rubbing his head on absolutely everything...
Curious to see how everyone ended up with scalies in their house and at what age. :) For me it is how ancient and different they are, and how successful they have been over millions of years.

Hi guys I was wondering what you think about this? Should I feed my new woma in or out of the enclosure in a separate tub, he is 18 months old, thanks let me know what you think.
While I go with a naming process of calling my Jungles after colours attributive to their appearance, I'm at a bit of a loss to name the pair I just picked up today. So that you know their history, their Sire was Kieran Alands, hypermelanistic Jungle, and their Dam was Brad Walker's BG striped...
