Are cats good snake food ?

I have used one before but the little bugger tried to bite me ! No way it was going near my snakes !
Also dont know what diseases they would have or worms .

i think ur sposed to knock them off while they are in the cage mick.
makes them so much easier to take out,,
oh yeh and freeze them for a long to id reckon if ur going to feed thm to anything..the ferals are full of parasites

I have a mate ( i dont condone this ) who sets a cat trap every night. Amazing how many cats get caught and shot, but the numbers arnt diminishing. He gets at least 4 a week and has for the past 5 years. I want to know where they keep coming from

Some are definately feral, others are pets with irresposible owners. I dont understand why they just keep replacing the cats each time one goes missing.

Our council will trap them for you if ask them .

We have a cat trap at the council where I part time as a ranger, we are always getting strays and ferals.
