Avatar Help

I am trying to add an avatar that is 100px wide & 75px high. But it is 33kb. I have photos in an online album but I don't know how to get the size down. Any suggestions or can someone do it for me, please Thanks

hey kathy...if you are running windows xp...just right click your picture in the viewfinder, and choose the option to "edit"...it will open in paint which is pre-installed on windowsgo to the top and choose image...then on the dropdown choose "stretch/skew, and from there you can choose the settings/size..save it with a different name and voila...ready to go
