Afternoon all, I have read somewhere on the wonders on the internet that if your female bearded dragon has just mated not to bathe her, as it may wash out the.. male... goo. I was just wondering if i would be able to give her a bath today (they mated yesterday) as she has a bit of a cut on her neck after the mating ritual and she is due for a clean.

Also I am in the market for a point and click thermometer. If any one can tell me some names or brands that they have used and think are good quality for a reasonable price that would be great.

Cheers :D

Dont know about the bathing rocky, mine only get one if they walk thru their own crap ;)

As for the point and click, i seen one in the tool section at bunnings for around $25, it didnt have the laser for accuracy on it though.
Otherwise, Herp Shop has them as well.

Thanks, I will have a look at the one in Bunnings, I saw the ones on herp shop before but i didn't know if we were aloud to name a site. But yeah, there is the cheaper yellow point and click unit, does any one have this one

Any one got the $60 point and click thermometer from herp shop?

you can get it for like $11 on ebay ;)

i would wait a day or two, and just swab clean the area... im not advising this because i beleive it will wash his... goo... out.. because it would have come out (having this theory be true????) next time she passes feaces.
