I don't usually take them out of the inc untill a few days after they have all hatched, but it's fine to take them out as soon as they have fully hatched and are walking around. It may take up to a week from the first one hatching till the last one hatches, individuals may take up to 24 hours to fully emerge from their eggs.

thanks for the help guys the incubator temp ranged from 29-34 Degrees number five poped out this morning and number 6 has his head out

Yeah, I usually keep mine around the 29 degree mark and they usually take about 70 days to hatch.
