Beardie with wierd skin!

Hi,

got home this arvo to find my beardie with white scales on his head, he has had a patch on his chin for a few days and i thought it was just shedding, but it has spread today and looks unusual. I haven't seen an adult shed before. Is it normal or is there something wrong?? Pics attached

any advice would be greatly appreciated

just shedding.they tend to shed in patches sometimes.

Thanx, I was hoping he was just shedding but dont have a lot of experience with adult beardies yet so wasn't sure
