BHP with one cloudy eye?

Hi Everyone.
bought my BHP about a month ago now and about a week ago i noticed his eye was cloudy. it been over a week and no shed and still one cloudy eye.

any ideas on what it could be?

Its quite possibly a retained eye scale

If it looks like thats right dont ever try to pull it off, or you may cause permanent damage
Put snake in a pretty damp bag or pillowcase
Leave it there for a while; maybe 20mins plus
With any luck it will be gone when you open the bag

If not gone refer back for further instructions

Can also be caused by scarring or infection.
I have seen an animal that was blind in one eye that looked like it had a retained eye cap.

When did the snake last shed, has it been shedding cleanly in one piece in the past? You might want to get some more info from the seller.
