Can Banded Knob Tailed Geckos see infrared heat lights?

Hi everyone, i have recently bought 3 Banded Knob Tailed Geckos (Nephrurus Wheeleri Cinctus) and i am using an infrared heat globe for them at the moment and i was wondering if this is ok. They are eating and moving around at night fine but i wanted to know if they can see the red light or not thanks
