cant create log book

Hi i bought my license and i have the number so i tried to make an online log book and it keeps saying my license number cant be recognised... please help i need it set up by april 12

It would help others if you let them know what state and how long you have had your license. There may be a delay in issuing you a license number and the systems updating before you can create an online logbook.

Another avenue is to ring your State Licensing department and ask.

I had issues last year when I tried to lodge my eBook records because the site wouldn't reset my password. I had to send an email to Support.it took a while to get a response but it was cleared.

I think it takes up to 7 days to register as a log book if I remember correctly. (And you're in nsw). Should have been stated in the email they sent you.
