he doesnt look unhealthy or under weight...id try old skool,n try a very small liive mouse!....(theres alot of debate with this method).its FACT that some snakes will only take liive food, even if bred in captivity..i had this with my 3mtr carpet,he only ate liive(chicks),and a number of snakes i had iv had to do it with!..try that!if he doesnt take to the liive mouse str8 away leave it in there for a few hrs,and move away from teh cage(try not to leave the mouse in there over night or tooo long if he doesnt take to it)...if u whant!
Huh? he is 4 years old and yet he is smaller than my 10month old blonde mac:(. Also, about live feeding, should i buy ones that are supposed to be kept as pets? i don't recall my local petshop having live feeder mice.
Right now he is doing well, he is exploring his click clack and currently basking, hopefully the heat would help him to feed. I will try feeding him tommorow?:(

He certainly looks undersized for its age , but not under weight for its size , if that makes sense ..

Hey, i have a reptile pet store down the road and i was a bit scared to ask them for some reason . I looked around the section where they kept the mice/rats and couldn't find any small ones, guess i have to wait a bit. Well anyways, a few minutes ago i attempted to feed it, i thawed a fuzzie mice (with bag), got some tongs and shook it around and it seemed interested but then the mice fell off :shock::shock: and kind of scared it if you know what i mean. I left it there and my scared python slithered back to its hide:(. However, he has his head out and is staring at the mice:) hopefully he will take it and i will let you guys know tommorow.
