Constipated or Egg Bound

Hi All,
I have a female Bredli, 18 years old, approx 2.4 metres. She has a large lump just prior to the vent area like she is constipated. She is passing liquid urates, but not what is in there (urate poo I think). I have tried soaking her in warm water several times over a couple of weeks. I did try and offer a feed, but she wouldn't take it.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes I did give area a bit of a feel and palpation with no success a few times, and it does feel very solid like a urate poo.
