Yep sounds like my cook! Her cat , her bird ,her chickens ,her ferret, her ducks, which I am the one that ends up looking after them all but cos she is over them, but gets the sads up when I get another snake which I am the one that looks after ityou should respect her feelings. my partner asked me about getting a RBB i told him hell no. we have a 16 month old, plus this year alone he has been responsible for 9 pythons getting out of their enclosures and i have been the one going crazy finding them. i did find them all, but i can't trust him with anything slightly ven. i have never had a snake escape that has been my fault, i just can't trust him.
if he did bring home a ven i would not hesitate to pack his bags and throw them out the door with his ven. i value my life, my daughter, my dogs and my birds lives alot more than he does. i can replace him, i can't replace my child or pets. and he agreed i was right.
but even if i could trust him it would still be a no. maybe after my daughter is over 18.

My missus said I wasn't allowed to keep a python. Then she said well, as long as you don't get venomous snakes. Then she said, no guns. I wonder what else she'll tell me Respect is a 2-way street. She should respect what I want. It's not like I'm asking to go swinging....yet
